The Perks of Drinking Cherry Juice


Lately, I’ve been focusing in improving my diet by eating new, healthier foods that I wouldn’t normally eat. I decided to do some research on one fruit in particular… Cherries. I am absolutely obsessed with cherries, but I had never tried drinking cherry juice. I had no idea that there were so many perks to drinking cherry juice; I was awestruck. I headed to my local grocery store (Whole Foods) to grab a jar of “Just Tart Cherry Juice” to try these benefits out for myself. Now, let me advise y'all that while drinking it warm is definitely not my cup of tea, putting some ice in it definitely improves the taste.
